Sophie Agbayani, LSW
Sophie is a Licensed Social Worker and staff therapist at Southpark Psychology. She brings experience from acute and long‑term care settings as well as community‑based services. She works with clients ages 16 and older with a particular passion for working with young adults.
Sophie provides care for individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, ASD, depression, trauma, and substance use concerns. She also supports clients navigating spiritual and religious questions, life stage and role transitions, caregiver stress, and the everyday challenges that come with managing life’s demands.
Her therapeutic style is holistic and integrative, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. She also incorporates solution‑focused approaches, somatic, trauma‑informed practices, and spiritual principles. This multidimensional approach allows Sophie to tailor treatment to each person’s values, strengths, and goals.

Chris earned his Masters degree in Clinical/Community Mental Health from Western Illinois University- Macomb Campus. He has experience working with individuals in both community mental health and private practice settings. His areas of clinical expertise and interest include depressive disorders, general and social anxiety, trauma disorders, grief, life changes, and ADHD. He enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals, from the ages of ten years old to late adulthood.
When working with clients, Chris employs concepts from a variety of therapeutic modalities that are tailored to best fit his clients’ needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He is a firm believer in the concept that each client is the expert of their own lives, and as such employs an approach that encourages collaboration and openness between client and provider.
Peggy Knaack, LCSW
Peggy earned her master’s degree from St. Ambrose University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Using a trauma informed approach to therapy, she enjoys serving culturally diverse patients 14 to 35 years of age. She is experienced in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for concerns relating to adoption, self-image issues, depression, anxiety, parenting stress, and barriers to a fulfilling life.
Peggy uses a solution focused approach and has a natural style that makes her clients feel comfortable. She feels that her experience in community mental health, child welfare and nonprofit agency work helped her to build a down to earth view of mental health. Peggy wants to help others reach their goals in order to be their best self.

Sarah Carlin- Krueger, LPC
Sarah is a staff therapist at Southpark Psychology and a graduate of Western Illinois University, where she completed her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with clients of all ages who are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
With a Person Centered foundation, Sarah blends creative activities, and hands on interventions to make counseling engaging and accessible. She prioritizes building trusting relationships and loves watching people discover their strengths and resilience.
Sarah is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT). She is passionate about working with neurodiverse children and adults who want to make intentional lifestyle shifts and better understand their own patterns and strengths. She also provides compassionate support to parents as they manage behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges within their families.
Madison Krause, LCSW
Madi is a Licensed Social Worker and staff therapist at Southpark Psychology, where she offers a compassionate, client-centered approach to care. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
Before joining our clinical team, Madi contributed to the Zero Suicide Initiative QC, a grant-funded suicide prevention program serving the Quad Cities where she supported community-based strategies to reduce suicide risk and promote mental wellness. Additionally, Madi was a school based therapist serving both children and adolescents within the public-school setting
Madi works with children (ages 5 and up), adolescents and adults. She integrates talk therapy and play therapy, when appropriate, to foster emotional growth and connection. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes emotional regulation, mindfulness, and the development of self-esteem and resilience, helping clients build insight and confidence throughout their healing journey.
